The spa facilities were amazing, with a wide variety of saunas and spacious wellness center. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. The hotel itself was high class, with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. We also loved the beautiful location, just a short walk from the old town. we highly recommend Thermae 2000 and will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic time at the spa, enjoying the variety of pools and saunas. There were different temperatures available, both in the naked area and the dressed area. It was never crowded, and we always found a peaceful spot. The hot stone massage was incredibly pleasant. The location was exceptional, with the pleasure of staying in a hot pool while it was freezing outside. The facilities were great, and we loved the amazing restaurant with its delicious food and wide selection. one of the best hot spring experiences we've had!
Felt very lucky, nothing was too much trouble.

During the past 15 years we have stayed at Thermae 200 for over a 100 times. Always a wonderful experience! We thouroughly enjoy the Spa, the food, the relaxed atmosphere, the very professional and friendly staff. The Casino is very close and the lovely village of Valkenburg within walking distance. A great place to stay!!!

Spa facilities are great, with various and fresh breakfast. Room is spacious and nice. Massage is professional and relaxing. The town is quaint and a short walk away. Restaurants offer decent food.

I enjoyed the atmosphere which encouraged complete relaxation. I also had a most relaxing pedicure and facial and the staff were very caring and considerate.The waiters too were very attentive.
Because of the air filtering system not working doors had to be left open in the pool area which made it rather cold

Relaxing in the SPA, enjoying healthy food and visiting the village.
Carpet on the floor. The room was clean but the terrace was dirty. Staff not always responding to the client's needs. Old fashion rooms and bed not really confortable.

Love going to breakfast in a robe and not putting on real clothes the entire stay! Liked being able to use spa, robe and towel even after check out.

The pools were refreshing and the outside pool offered a stunning view. The water was comfortably warm and not too crowded. We also enjoyed the extensive and fresh continental breakfast. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Location
No Internet .the room smells and I have to take two elevator to get to my room ,also there is parking fee of 10 euro a day which is too much if you going to stay there for long period and the towels they offer is overused (old with holes) . For the value of money I thought the room will be very luxury but it was not almost 2star hotel
